Showing and teaching international students how to make a typical Italian recipie
Learning Objective for the participants
The recipe was very simple and fast, we made it during an Instagram live, in the kitchen of our ESNer Alice. The explanation took place in English, but there were also some italian words to keep the language trained. The dish we chose to cook was "Salame al cioccolato".
Result of the activity
Many international students attendend the Instagram Live recipie and they were so curious and interested in learning more about Italian cuisine!
