Goal of the Activity
The goal of this event was to help our local homeless center, also to show international students how they can help their local community.
Description
One of the most popular event in the semester is cooking for homeless people. Our volunteers come together and cook a meal at a house of one of the volunteers and then they take it to shelter for homeless people. This time we decide we will cook “manistra na crveno” (pasta on red – pasta with tomatoes). When we brought the food, we also stay at the shelter and talk with homeless people so they see they are not alone, we are here for them.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
