Cooking Club Cooks: Risotto

Hey there chefs

This weekend the Cooking Clu is excited to be making some yummy Italian risotto. This session we’re gonna do things a bit differently. First were gonna learn how to make risotto taught by our amazingly hot chef Lele, then we will make two groups and we will have a little risotto making competition with each group making a different type of risotto

Everyone is gonna try each of the risottos so we’re gonna have a little risotto tasting experience. After we will enjoy some tiramisu for dessert

These are the three risottos you will get to try
- Strawberry & goat cheese risotto
- Gorgonzola and walnut risotto 
- Butternut squash and mint risotto
