Goal of the Activity
To show how to a prepare a typical "ragù" for and Italian meal
Description
Thanks to the collaboration with local partners that work in catering activities, we could organize a cooking class about how to prepare a perfect "ragù" like in the traditional Italian meals. The international students could learn how to choose the best and local ingredients, to be sure to have a tasty and heatlhy ragù, and how to match it with the right amount of homemade pasta. The activity was widely appreciated and gave the possibility to learn something more about Italian food.
