We wanted to do something that could involve our Erasmus, and which activity create a community stronger and hungry than a cooking class? So we ask them which Italian dish they had in the heart and which they wanted to learn. There were a lot of answer but one overall won: obviously PASTA ALLA CARBONARA. And who better than OUR AMAZING president could show to the entire universe the perfect way to cook it?
The objective for Erasmus people was to learn to cook some very typical of Italy and understand that they cannot put cream or ham inside such amazing dish.
We ask them to watch the video and try to recreate it
Some days later, during the international Carbonara day we asked them to share with us what they have learned and the result was pretty amazing (with some exceptions like someone used rice to prepare carbonara but I don't want to tell you nothing more because some Italian people could have nightmare for that)
