Cooking Class Carbonara with ESN Siena GES

In the occasion of the National Carbonara Day, on 6th of April, we started an Instagram pool, on which we asked questions about the ingredients and recipe of the traditional Italian carbonara dish. The first three Erasmus who would give the right answer would also have the chance to partecipate to a cooking class about carbonara, that was made the day after, on the 7th of April, by two of our ESN staff members. The international students could in this way learn how to cook carbonara, and enjoy a meal with Italian people in a very traditional way.
