Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to cook together and learn about the vegeterian diet.
Description
We organized a special event for Erasmus students focused on vegetarian cooking and environmental sustainability. The event included a presentation on the benefits and ecological impact of a vegetarian diet, led by a PhD student in nutrition with expertise in the field. Following the presentation, she guided participants through a hands-on cooking class where we prepared simple and tasty vegetarian snacks together. We booked the event space in advance and took care of purchasing all the necessary ingredients to ensure everything was ready for the workshop.
