With the goal of more extensively and qualitatively preparing our volunteers to handle PR & broader communication-related tasks more independently, we decided to organise an online training series to achieve just that.
Structure-wise, this event followed a three-part formula. The first workshop, held on 10.02, introduced the participants to ESN's Visual Identity Manual and how to apply its guidelines when creating graphic design materials in Figma, a web design software program. As a follow-up, the workshop held on 16.02 revolved around sharing best practices on how to engage with our target audiences & keep them engaged with us on a range of platforms through our written content. Finally, the third workshop gathered the participants on 17.03 to highlight several online tools for managing our social media accounts, ranging from simple ones like an IG feed planner to more complex examples such as an instrument for creating UTM links. Thanks to this training series, the participants have become properly well-versed in the theory of marketing in ESN and have received access to the full range of resources to translate this knowledge into actual awesome campaigns and consistently professional communication conduct!
