This school was mainly designed for ESN Venezia Newbies. The main goals were: presenting ESN to possible future members, understanding the internal dynamics and the organization of the association, learning how to organiza an event and how to actively partecipare to ESN Venezia's activities, and finally getting to know each other in oder to create a proactie, collaborative and cohesive group.
The activity was a school for Newbies of ESN Venezia and it was held online via zoom platform. Games and interactive platforms were used to make the meeting more interactive and raise the partecipation. A the end of the school, feedbacks from newbies were collected in order to understand what could be improved.
