Goal of the Activity
Cold water exposure helps lower your body temperature much faster than just resting in a cool environment can. It stimulates your body to increase blood flow circulation.
Description
Before cold water exposure, we meet at a pre-arranged place from where we go together to the lake where the event takes place (the lake is located in the city). We change into swimsuits and go into water together for about 10 minutes, but everyone determines the length according to their comfort. After cold water exposure, everyone will do short physical activities to get the blood flowing.
