Climbing Summer 2020

The meeting point was set for the Rector's Office building. From there, the students were transported by public transport to the climbing center in Lannova Street in ČB. Two climbing instructors were arranged (pre-booked date at the climbing center). Czech students (members of ESN) assisted the lecturers of the climbing center (they had experience with climbing).

Activity program:

warm up with instructors
climbing theory (basics - carabiners, safety catches ...)
creation of "habitats":
bouldering
climbing for beginners (route 3, 3+)
intermediate climbing (path 5.5+)
advanced climbing (route 6,7,7+)
After the organized lesson with instructors, participants could stay longer and continue climbing. This was followed by an informal sitting in the restaurant of the climbing center and a move to the "Singing" event (an unofficial gathering of music lovers with various musical instruments in the Železná Panna company) ...;)

Meeting point byl stanoven k budově Rektorátu. Odtud se hromadně studenti přepravili pomocí MHD k lezeckému centru v Lannově ulici v ČB. Byli domluveni dva lezečtí instruktoři (předem rezervovaný termín v lezeckém centru). Čeští studenti (členové ESN) asistovali lektorům lezeckého centra (měli zkušenosti s lezením).

Program aktivity:

• rozcvička s instruktory
• teorie lezení (základy - karabiny, jistítka...)
• vytvoření "stanovišť":
  • bouldering
  • lezení pro začátečníky (cesta 3, 3+) 
  • lezení pro středně pokročilé (cesta 5,5+)
  • lezení pro pokročilé (cesta 6,7,7+)

Po skončení organizované lekce s instruktory mohli účastníci zůstat déle a pokračovat v lezení. Následovalo neformální posezení v restauraci lezeckého centra a přesun na akci "Zpívaná" (neoficiální sraz milovníků hudby s různými hudebními nástroji v podniku Železná Panna)... ;)
