The main purpose of the activity was to clean up one of the most important squares of Florence's city center while getting in touch with students from America, studying at NYU University. We wanted to combine a green activity with a social environment among international students.
The activity took place during the afternoon, starting from 4 p.m. more or less. NYU and Angeli del Bello gave us all materials needed to clean up the square and protect ourselves. Students were divided in 4 small groups composed randomly by people from ESN Florentia and NYU University, so that the activity would have also encouraged them to talk and get in touch.
After 1h and a half, we were invited by NYU to share a small break all together; this moment was perfect to end up the activity because all snack were vegetarian and biological but also because students had the possibility to solidify their relationships.
