Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity was to sensitize our Erasmus students to respect the environment, demonstrating that even with just a small gesture, we can help our planet and our city.
Description
The event was entirely managed by the section, which provided all participants with rubber gloves (washable and then re-use) and bags for plastic and unsorted waste.
The participants were divided into small groups of two or three people, in order to cover as much ground as possible. Each group was led by a section volunteer. The cleaning of the beach lasted for about three hours, allowing everyone to contribute to the cause and enjoy the sunny day at the same time.
