Goal of the Activity
The goal was to have a party to give a great welcome to our Erasmus students.
Description
We rented the location, the shuttles and we found a DJ. Then we created the Google form in order to let Erasmus students register to the event and choose at what time they want to go and come back. Then we included the event in the weekly newsletter and we advertised the event on the Instagram page of our Section. We divided the volunteers among different shuttles so that every shuttle was under control. Once we were at the location, we enjoyed the party and came back to Parma.
