Alllow international students to show their traditions by bringing in food from their country providing some more info related to their culture, play the Christmas bingo all together and then proceed to donate the entire amount to AIL (Italian Association against the leukemia-lymphomas and myeloma Onlus).
The night of the bingo we met all together at 8pm at Hotel Astra and told each student that brought food from their country to put it on the table They provided some brief explanation of the dishes and the tradition behind them and so we had dinner all together. After eating we sold the bingo cards at 0.50€ each to the Erasmus students willing to play and started to play. There were small prizes for each combination which have been given to each winner during the game. At the end, we ate all together the "pandoro" (a traditional Christmas dessert here in Italy) that we bought a few days ahead of the event from AIL (Italian Association against the leukemia-lymphomas and myeloma Onlus). The entire proceeds have then be donated in support of the association.
