We have been attracted by the project carried by the bakery as it was a good way to raise awareness on both sustainable production and the employment of people with disabilities but also promote a local business.


The initiative consists of a partnership with a local bakery promoting an inclusive approach in its production of pastries : people with disabilities help in the daily process under the supervision of a dozen of full-time employees. A notable example of our collaboration is the Christmas Fair food stand that we held for the inter-association event which only consisted of products made by the NGO.
