Goal of the Activity
We have students of many different religions and backgrounds in Siena. Some of them celebrate Christmas, while others don't. We thought that it is not nice to have some people celebrating, while others are doing nothing.
To make everybody feel included, we gathered everyone for a group dinner, and everybody got little presents through Secret Santa.
The religious element was left out to avoid creating uncomfortable moments.
Description
An internatinal dinner with traditional food. There was also a Secret Santa activity, where everybody got gift, and they were exchanged secretly and randomly, so nobody knows who gave them what.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
