Goal of the Activity
The goal of the event was to offer participants an immersive experience in Italian culture through hands-on gnocchi preparation with a young chef.
Description
Participants were led through the practical process of creating gnocchi, from the initial dough preparation to the final shaping, ensuring a hands-on and enjoyable experience. In the end, we all ate gnocchi with tomato sauce and an aperitivo.
