Goal of the Activity
- Food is one of the main expressions of a people's culture, getting to know the typical food of a country allows you to understand its culture more concretely. The main purpose of this activity was to know the culture of Italy throw typical dishes like the Carbonara! Carbonara Night is more than a dinner — it’s an invitation to explore the heart of Italian culture through one of its most beloved dishes. This special evening offered guests the chance to discover the values, traditions, and convivial spirit that define life in Italy. At the center of the experience was pasta alla carbonara, a dish that embodies the Italian approach to food: simple ingredients, prepared with care, and shared in good company.
Description
The meeting point took place directly in front of the restaurant, at 08:20 P.M., the majority of the students was on time. The restaurant served us a carbonara, water and wine. It was a cultural evening dedicated to discovering one of Italy’s most iconic traditional dishes: pasta alla carbonara. The event brought Erasmus students together to taste an authentic Italian recipe in a warm and social setting.
