The goal of the activity was to celebrate National Book Day (though it was posponed one week due to a change of date by the manager of the coffee shop) and to share our different perspective of books, our favorite books, whether we prefer physical or digital books and much more.
We waited for international students inside of the coffee shop Café Con Libros, which is a place in the heart of Málaga surrounded by books, a perfect setting for our activity. Then, we sat on a table filled with books and we started talking about different themes and ideas regarding books and reading. Some of the main topics that we tackled were:
- Physical or digital books?
- What's your favorite book?
- What are you reading right now?
- Any book recommendations?
Moreover, we took our international students to the Málaga Book Fair, where they had the possibility to buy books and engage into our city's cultural activities.
