Goal of the Activity
The goal of the event was to provide a relaxed setting for Erasmus students to connect, unwind, and enjoy cultural exchange through games. While turnout was lower than expected, the positive feedback highlighted its success in fostering community. Improvements in communication and scheduling may help ensure higher participation in future events.
Description
On November 27, 2024, ESN (Erasmus Student Network) hosted a Board Games Night at Phyrexian Plaguelord in Pescara, starting at 9:00 PM. Although 15 participants signed up, only 5 attended. Despite this, the event succeeded in creating a fun and intimate atmosphere, where attendees bonded over collaborative and strategic games.
