the goal of this activity is to prove the importance of blood donation and to motivate people to donate blood
Description
Sometimes, heroes don’t wear capes and they don’t fly or lift cars with their bare hands. Some of them, just dedicate 10 minutes of their time to donate blood and save someone’s life.

Vaccination Certificate
ID/ Passport
European Health Card
6-8 hours of sleep the night before
Having breakfast before
No consumption of alcohol at least for 24 hours before the blood donation.
