Raise awareness of difficulties faced by blind and deaf people when doing activities considered basic and easy by the majority
We started the night with some trivia quizzes about general knowledge and followed with a mime game. We divided the International students into small groups, we gave them some words they had to mime in order to make one of their teammates correctly guess them. The only rule they had was that speaking was forbidden, they could only rely on their physical gestures. After that we blindfolded them and served dinner: once everyone received their plate, they had to taste it and list all the ingredients they could find, in order to finally guess which dish they were eating.
Finally, we ended the night doing a karaoke night all together, singing songs from each European country.
