The goal of the activity was to cultivate a sense of community and sportsmanship among participants through an indoor beach volleyball tournament. By organizing a friendly and lively competition within the confines of an indoor space, the objective was to provide an enjoyable and engaging experience for all involved. The tournament aimed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and skill development while fostering a social atmosphere conducive to building connections. Despite the indoor setting, the activity sought to capture the spirit of beach volleyball, combining the thrill of the game with the camaraderie of shared competition. Through this event, the goal was to create lasting memories, inspire a passion for indoor beach volleyball, and reinforce the importance of teamwork and community in sports.
The Beach Volleyball Tournament featured 32 international students engaging in matches across two rented indoor courts. The afternoon was filled with competitive displays of teamwork and sportsmanship, culminating in the recognition of the top three qualifying teams. Prizes were awarded to celebrate their achievements, and the tournament's Most Valuable Players (MVPs) were honored for their outstanding individual contributions. The event not only showcased athletic prowess but also fostered a strong sense of team among the diverse student participants, making it a memorable and spirited occasion. After the tournament we had an aperitivo in the park near the sport center.
