Around the world with SSR and ESN

A collaboration between SSR-W and ESN. We wanted to organise an activity where SSR members could interact with international students and international students could integrate with Dutch student life. The evening consisted of a dinner, pubcrawl and party. We organised it on a Monday evening, since SSR has their yearclub evening, so many SSR students would already be there for dinner. The ESN members could have the dinner for the same price as the SSR students. After the dinner we had the pubcrawl. People could buy a card for that at the bar in the same space as where the dinner was. There were in total 4 drinks, at every bar in SSR 1 drink. People could just go to the bars by themselves. On the back of the stampcard we made a bingo with tasks that people could do to interact with others. We also had activities on every floor; beerpong, card games and karaoke. Around 22:30 the after party started, this was downstairs when they closed all of the other bars upstairs. For the dinner people had to sign up, the other activities were optional to sign up.
