Enhance volunteer skills by learning to use digital tools for event management
During the IV National Platform 2024 held in Brescia, ESN volunteers used AppSheet, a platform for creating custom mobile and web applications, to manage check-ins efficiently. The app allowed volunteers to register participants in real time through their smartphones, centralize data, reduce errors, and speed up the registration process.
Since this app proved very useful, we decided to hold a workshop to teach it to other volunteers.
A volunteer from ESN ASSI Parma led the session, guiding participants on how to use AppSheet effectively. Through this workshop, participants learned how to apply the app to future ESN events, making organizational tasks more streamlined, accessible, and efficient for all team members. This hands-on experience empowered volunteers to use digital tools to improve event management and collaboration within their teams.
