Goal of the Activity
To learn the basics of Acro Yoga and to take care of ones own mental and physical health
Description
During this Semester long weekly event, the participants learned and trained all together 9 times the basics of Acro Yoga, developping their skills and taking care of their own physical and mental health.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
