Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity is to give the possibilty to international students to have a tasting of tipical food of Abruzzo.
Description
For this event we went to the restaurant "Margherita in centro" and when all participants arrived we started the dinner with tipical pre main dishes. Then we started with two service of two different tipical pasta dishes in abruzzo and then we moved to the second service that were the dishes of roasted meat and the famous arrosticini. Finally we tasted the tipical abruzzese cake the " pizza dolce". During each service local participants explained some facts about each tipical dishes.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
