Kick-Off Open Event for the Buddy Programme, given the start of the new academic year (2023-2024) - the goal is to give the new students the integration opportunity to get to know each other, socialize, have fun and befriend each other, but also to find out about the Buddy Programme and eventually to get involved in it, in order to participate to future exclusive events.
A picnic together in Valkenberg Park, which is the most popular hanging spot in nature, in Breda. As given in the title of the event, we challenge the guests to bring snacks and beverages that start with the initial of their name. Board games and activities such as Human Bingo and bowls with discussion topics will be provided by ESN, but if the students have any preference, they can also bring their own games / activities. This way, the incoming students get the chance to start feeling integrated in their new home, socialize and make some possible friends. Also, we show them a glimpse of what the Buddy Programme is about, making them interested in joining, getting involved and participating in future exclusive events.
