Learn the first reflexes to have when you see someone who needs help and learn how to save a life!
2 trainers and students in medicine at the University of Liege taught us all the necessary first aid:
- How to use a defibrillator
- The 1st reflexes to have
- The PLS
- How to check if someone is breathing or if the heart is beating, as well as how to perform a cardiac massage and mouth to mouth.
- What to say on the phone, so that the emergency services have all the necessary information
- What to do in case of a car accident
- What to do with a person who is choking, as well as when to use Heimlish and when not to.
- ...
The training was given in French and English, so that the erasmus could hear the terms in French as well (indeed, the defibrillator speaks in French)
