Goal of the Activity
The workshop allowed ESN Catania members and newbies to learn how to use the main Google Suite tools, both from the computer and from the mobile phone.
Description
For the Skills & Employability cause, we held in person a workshop on Google Suite. The workshop was divided into a theoretical part (with the explanation of a power point) and a practical part (in which some exercises were assigned and made together).
The main topics were: Google Suite tools; how to create and manage folders, documents, sheets, presentations, and forms; manage sharing settings; use of Google Meet and Google calendar.
All the participants brought their own computers and the speaker used a digital whiteboard connected to her computer and then to her phone.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
