Movement! We challenged our incomings in a walking challenge to get them moving more. Since the Wealth Health Organisation (WHO) suggests so walk at least 10,000 steps a day, we wanted our incomings to reach at least that amount.

Winter is coming!.. And when it’s cold outside what better thing to do than to snuggle up on the couch with a warm beverage while binge-watching a series? Well, we can think of something better: Movement!
Therefore, we challenge you to … WALK. This might not be the most fun “sport” the WHO (World Health Organization) recommends to take 10,000 steps a day to stay healthy. And we are trying to do something good for our bodies here 😉

What’s going on?
We challenge you to take the most steps in a time span of two weeks. Starting on 25 of October and ending on 8 of November 2019. The winner gets a prize!
