The main goal of the activity was to foster a space for knowledge and information sharing amongst high school students in regards to the importance and impact volunteering has, both on the society and on a personal level in terms of fruitful development.
The event was split into 2 main activities, divided by a small coffee break. The first activity covered a general presentation about the project Erasmus Generation in Action and the importance of volunteering through the eyes of the Project Manager of ESN Romania. After the coffee break, the participants were divided into 5 smaller groups in order to participate to a Human Library where ESN volunteers shared their knowledge and experience with volunteering over the years. The target group of the event, consisting of local students, had the chance to hear the experiences and impact volunteering had over a few of the ESN Targu Mures volunteers.
