The purpose of this event was to give the Erasmus students the chance to see a breathtaking view of the region and also a historical winery.
Who doesn't love a great wine?
If you fancy learning how some traditional wines are made, and at the same time tasting them, join us in our Achaia Clauss tour!
The Achaia Clauss Winery is one of the topmost tourist attractions in Achaian region, most famous for being one of the first high quality wineries in Greece and of course for specialising in making its fortified red wine, Mavrodaphne!
You will have the chance to see the breathtaking view of the region where the winery is. The tour includes visiting the historical cellars in the stone-built houses, seeing some old barrels filled with Mavrodaphne of early 20th century as well as the Imperial cellar, and ends with a wine tasting session.
The participants had a lot of fun, explored the historical cellars in the stone-built houses and tasted the local wine.
