The workshop was designed to achieve the following objectives:
- Show the student the best way to travel in the cheapest form;
- Introduce the advantages of the ESNcard;
- Present travel hacks;
- Achieving teamwork among participants.
Travel like a Pro-Workshop was held by our ESNers with Erasmus students. The first part consisted of a presentation and participants discussed the cheapest ways to travel, travel hacks, advantages of ESNcard on the travel and how to plan a trip. After a quick coffee break, the participants were divided into teams and had the EuroTour challenge where they had to plan a trip with budget of a maximum of 250 euros and a minimum of 5 cities anywhere in Europe. At the end of the workshop, each team had to present the trip they have planned.
Participants feedback was very positive. They have all agreed on the fact that they have learned and there was a lot of info they didn't know. Moreover, at the end of the workshop, during the EuroTour challenge, they were able to plan a trip to 5 cities with a budget of less than 200 euros for 8 days all based on the information and tips they received during the workshop.
