To create more connections between ESN volunteers and strong bondings
This event was reserved exclusively for ESN volunteers (staff).
We met at a beach not far from the city center and we organized an evening of activities to do together.
After eating a pizza together we started with the first game to do some ice breaking: each person had to stick on his forehead a post-it with a name of a staff person to guess.
We made this game to try to get to know each other a little better and introduce the evening.
We then divided the group into two teams and started the games (each one had different scores to earn or lose to win together with their team):
- "Ruba bandiera" with questions about ESN Italy and curiosities about our volunteers
- A race to build the highest stone tower within ten minutes
- To complete the text of a song with missing words
- "La cariola": the teams were divided into pairs and each had to take the same path; the next couple could start the race only when the others had crossed the finish line, trying to finish before the others.
