The overarching goal of the training event was to empower and enhance the capabilities of participants across various tracks, catering to their specific needs and roles within ESN Lithuania. The Newbies Track aimed to provide newcomers with a solid understanding of the ESN environment, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to navigate event and budget management effectively.

For the Advanced Members Track, the goal was to motivate and inspire participants to assume more significant roles within ESN. Concurrently, the track focused on developing practical conflict management skills to ensure these advanced members could handle challenging situations with confidence and effectiveness.

In the Facilitation Track, the primary goal was to foster skill development in training and facilitation. This not only prepared participants to become proficient trainers within ESN Lithuania but also facilitated the seamless transfer of knowledge and expertise within the organization.

The ultimate measure of success lay in the positive changes observed in participants' knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Increased engagement and contribution to ESN activities served as indicators of the event's impact. Continuous feedback and follow-up assessments were envisioned to further evaluate the enduring effects of the training on participants' sustained roles and contributions within ESN Lithuania, aligning with the broader goal of fostering a more skilled, motivated, and cohesive ESN community.
