Helping international students understand the difference between hard and soft skills, recognize the skills acquired during volunteering, and learn how to transfer them
into the world of work.
The event was divided into two main parts:
1. Brainstorming and classification of skills: Participants wrote their skills on a poster, distinguishing between hard and soft skills. This phase was very well received, as it was light-hearted and suited to the informal context of the aperitif, stimulating reflection and comparison between different experiences.
2. Prototyping a personalized CV: In the second part, there was a discussion on how to structure an effective curriculum vitae. An interesting debate emerged: although there are general guidelines for writing a CV, each educational and personal path leads to different choices, highlighting the importance of personalization.
