Objective / Goal of the activity
The main aim of this activity was to put up awareness of mental well-being in the form of a spiritual workout.
Description
Carefully curated beats keep you flowing along with the instructor's guidance to your ears, the headphones simultaneously tune out outside noise, allowing you to completely focus inward, pay attention to your own practice, Pranyama & movements.
Result of the activity
This was a very good activity. Everybody was really "Zen". We will certainly do it again in the future as the participants told us this was really useful.
