The goal of this activity was to make new and old members learn and understand the basics of ESN, specifically focusing on the communication side of things. We also looked towardsgetting to know each other better and having fun all together. We aimed to increase the average training of our section's volunteers fostering know-how and the exchange of best practices.
We also wanted to foster team building through specific activities.
We spent a full day in a location in Pescara, taking part in different activities, guided by the help of our trainers Gabriele Barranca and Elena Faria. We also had lunch and some breaks all together. There were some seminars and workshops regarding the importance of communication and its role in all of our activities. We worked on improving our skills and worked in groups to learn interactively and practice. It was a great formative event for all of us.
