The goal of this activity was to share an build knowledge about ESN, with the main theme being responsibility. We looked towards improving our teamworking abilities and worked on knowledge transfer and exchange of best practises.
We also aimed to foster team building through specific activities which required cooperation and included lots of fun and entertainment.
We spent a full day in a private location in Pescara, where we took part in different activities under the guidance of our trainer Ava. We talked about responsibility and accountability, and we focused on the duties of board roles in our section and what led them to take that path. We also dedicated time to work on event planning procedures, with an active session to organize the necessary steps on a timeline.
We planned pauses in between the activities to eat together, listen to music, sing, dance and generally have fun all together.
