Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity was to make new and old members learn and understand the basics of ESN, get to know each other and have fun all together. We aimed to increase the average training of our section's volunteers fostering know-how and the exchange of best practices.
We also wanted to foster team building through specific activities.
Description
We organized a day school in a location near Pescara. We started at 9:30 a.m. and finshed at 7:30 p.m.
We had lunch and some breaks all together. There were some seminars and workshops regarding the present and the future of our section, the local board organisation, travel and events organisation. It was a great formative event for all of us.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
