Knowing more about ESN Milano Statale, about ESN in general, anand Developing skills
Description
We had a whole day with a lot of activities. We started with some presentations about ESN and some games to make new volunteers know each other. We then proceeded with some workshops about how to make up an event and how to deal with problems. It was a role game with the roles of the board, so each member of the group was dealing with the problem from a specific point of view.
