To promote mobility among High School students. This was done through a collaboration with Salone Dello Studente which helps high schoolers to get information regarding their future possibilities after school, and this includes mobility. Instead of doing it in person, this year we were forced to participate online, and this was achieved by sending some contents (essays and videos) that any section of the Network could create. The whole project was managed by the Education & Youth team of ESN Italia.
After the contents were selected and published, we made a social campaign in order to promote mobility even more. We re-posted some of the contents and made new ones as well (such as interactive surveys or a double-interview).
The objective of this activity was to create contents with valuable information that students could exploit in order to have a clearer picture of what “erasmus” means. ESNers were asked to share information about their experiences abroad: this included Erasmus but also exchange experiences during high school. One erasmus student was involved in the project and was asked to share her thoughts about her time in Milan. The participants were asked to go through their time abroad and select the important parts that they thought a student should know.
Our contents were selected and published by the Salone Dello Studente portal; we also shared them on our social pages to help promote the campaign and the cause. Not many erasmus students were involved but the overall results are valuable and very informative for a young student who might want to learn more about the possibilities he/she has.
