To raise awareness about the situation of refugees in Europe and the donation of hygiene materials
The project started with a tandem in which one of Bienvenidxs Refugiadxs Alcala's volunteers came to talk about the situation of refugees in Europe and raise awareness about this topic. We watched a video made by one of these refugees and then we could talk a little bit about it with her and ask her all of our doubts. In this tandem we told everybody about the donation of hygiene materials and some of them brought what they could to donate. They could still donate until the 23rd of February in Residencia Lope de Vega.
We are talking to this association to keep collaborating with them and even meet one day to give these materials to the refugees since there were a lot of students who were asking how they could do this. A lot of materials were donated and we helped this association a lot.
