Objective / Goal of the activity

The aim of this event is helping  our Erasmus+ students and active/pasive members to start the day healthier and raising their awareness for health and well-being. At the same time, we wanted to socialize. Therefore, we decided to do this in healthy way.

Description

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Yoga is the Sanskrit word for union.
Yoga is meant to be a system of increasing awareness and decreasing disease and it is too good for depression.
It helped us to clear our heads and to relax in physical and mental way.
Within this framerak, we started with warm-up exercises. We walked and then we ran. Finally, we started with basic yoga exercises. Our yogi helped us to do it better.

Result of the activity

We started the day more vigorous. We felt mentally alert. During this event we spent morning together. After yoga session  we decided to have breakfast together. This experience helped us to got to know each other better. We would like to do this event frequently.
