Goal of the Activity
Power Up Training is a training program to empower our ESNers which aims to enhance their ties with ESN and to become much more closer member of the big family.
Description
Power Up Training is a whole day training program for our local ESNers to help them to understand ESN , especially mechanism of ESN then motive them to be more active as ESNers in local/national and international level. Then in the workshops. our main aim were to fully understand responsibilities , possible crises of OC and how to solve them most efficiently with groupwork. In the mean time Power Up Training push ESNers to build closer relationships!
