Goal of the Activity
To teach erasmus students how to make pizza and show them our culinary culture
Description
We organized a workshop in which, with the help of a pizza chef, we showed the Erasmus how to cook pizza. First we showed them how the dough is made and then how the pizza is baked in the wood oven and how it is seasoned. The Erasmus tried to knead the pizza, with the help of the pizza chef and some volunteers. After that we cooked pizza for everyone.
