Main goals of the activity were to promote and to encourage team work among participant to solve a problem or to clear dilemmas, as well as get them to be used to finding compomises among different ideas and opinions.
The event was structured as a Phased Riddle Challenge. Each participant was assigned to a group, and their goal was to solve a mystery. At the beginning, participants listened to a story—shared with them beforehand through paper means—centered around the murder of a noble figure from the Italian Renaissance. Once the introduction phase ended, the event moved into the operational phase.
Each group was named after a character from the story, and instructions were given: Participants were to walk around the city to find four locations where staff would challenge each group with riddles and quests. If they succeeded, they would receive intel related to the story. To ensure variety, different pieces of intel were given to each group, so their solutions to the final mystery would vary.
In the penultimate stage, all the groups gathered in Albere Park to share the solutions they had developed. No group had arrived at the correct answer, so they were encouraged to revisit their theories. This time, they could use new pieces of information shared by the other groups, which made reaching a solution more likely.
The final phase focused on collaboration, with groups helping each other to reach the correct answer. Participants shared thoughts, doubts, critiques, and opinions while enjoying food and drinks at a local bar.
