The ESN on Lockdown aims to motivate ESN Lisboa members and their engagement in the sections' tasks. Since we are living in peculiar times, we have come to notice that the lack of physical events and interaction has compromised our members' motivation. We believe that through the organization of informal and team-building activities, our members will become more active in the section and continue to work for the mission and vision of ESN. For that reason, we implemented “ESN Lisboa on Lockdown”, to invite the members to reconnect and encourage the team spirit.
The ESN Lisboa on Lockdown is a weekly initiative that invites all ESN Lisboa members to join an online gathering. At these get-togethers, we interact through a variety of dynamics previously established by our Human Resources department. For instance, in some editions, we play online games such as “Backyard”, “Gartic Phone”, and “Cards Against Humanity”. We’ve also prepared pop quizzes for the participants on different topics like “Generation Z childhood”, “Bands and Singers” and “Movies and Series”. Additionally, we organize an activity called “Tension in the Bar” where we choose a member of the section and ask him/her questions based on their personality and linked with the “would you rather” game.
